1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Teacher.Ai app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using this app, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified over time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.

The content on the Teacher.Ai app, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features, and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to us and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under national and international copyright laws and conventions.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app in a way that:

• Interferes with the operation of the app by putting an unreasonable load on the app's infrastructure.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that your use of Teacher.Ai is at your own risk and that the services are provided "As Is" and "As Available". Teacher.Ai makes no warranty that the app will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teacher.Ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the app;
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Teacher.Ai service for any reason, without notice at any time. We also reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed by your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith, and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
