These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Live Screen Text Translator (the "App"), provided by DEV12BR APPS ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

Live Screen Text Translator is a mobile tool designed to help users translate text displayed on their device screen. The App may provide features such as screen text recognition, OCR, floating overlay tools, image and document text translation, language selection, customization options, and premium features such as unlimited translations, offline mode, ad-free use, or priority support, depending on the version and availability.

2. Eligibility

You must use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and platform rules. If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or platform policy;
• Translate, process, or distribute content that you do not have the right to use;
• Harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or harm other people;
• Attempt to interfere with, damage, overload, or disrupt the App or related systems;
• Use the App for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, subscription, advertising, or access control features.

5. Translation Accuracy

The App may use automated text recognition and translation technologies. Translations, OCR results, captions, or detected text may not always be complete, accurate, timely, or suitable for every context. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying translated content, especially before relying on it for legal, medical, financial, professional, academic, safety-related, or other important decisions. We do not guarantee that any translation or text recognition result will be error-free.

6. Screen Overlay and Permissions

Some features may require device permissions, such as display-over-other-apps, accessibility-related permissions, storage access, network access, or other permissions needed to provide screen translation and OCR functionality. You may disable permissions through your device settings, but doing so may limit or prevent certain App features from working properly.

7. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Payments

The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Prices, features, trial periods, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are displayed through Google Play or another applicable app store at the time of purchase. Payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are generally handled by the app store provider according to its own terms and policies.

You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through your app store account settings. Deleting the App may not automatically cancel an active subscription.

8. Ads and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements or use third-party services for functions such as analytics, crash reporting, payments, translation, OCR, advertising, performance monitoring, or app store distribution. Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. User Content and Third-Party Content

You remain responsible for any text, images, documents, messages, media, or other content you choose to translate or process through the App. You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use such content with the App. The App may help you understand content from other apps, websites, games, or documents, but we do not own or control that third-party content.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, features, software, graphics, text, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, any feature, or any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, app, language, file, or content type.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, business, reputation, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms, used the App unlawfully, or created risk for us, other users, third parties, or the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

15. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled in connection with the App. Please review the Privacy Policy available on the App's store listing or official website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where DEV12BR APPS operates, unless a different law is required by applicable consumer protection rules in your country or region.
